Introduction

This document describes preparing the installation of Fabasoft Folio Service as well as the installation itself and the configuration of Fabasoft Folio Service in a Linux environment.

Chapter “Fabasoft Reference Architecture” describes the Fabasoft reference architecture, including amongst others Fabasoft Folio Backend Services, Fabasoft Folio Web Services, Fabasoft Folio Conversion Services, and Fabasoft Folio AT Services.

Chapter “Software and Hardware Requirements” deals with assumed system environment and supported platforms as well as software the descriptions in this document are based on.

Chapter “Prerequisites” describes how to lay the foundations for installing the software of which the installation is described in this document.
