Struct COOWF@1.1:WorkFlowListParticipant

This type is part of the structure WorkFlowParticipant.
This type is used to define additional participant users or groups which are allowed to process the activity.
Currently this type is intended to be used for abstract workflow participants which operates with object list properties.
This structure is evaluated for the following meta participant, WFMP_OBJPROPERTY, WFMP_OBJPROPROLE, WFMP_PARENTPROPERTY, WFMP_PARENTPROPROLE

Defines the group the process instance element is assigned to. If this property is not defined, the process instance element is displayed in the worklist of all users that are members of this group. It is also possible to specify a position (property wfpposition ) in context of this group. In this case the process instance element is displayed in the worklist of all users having this role.

Position (COOWF@1.1:wfpposition)

Defines the position the process instance element is assigned to. The position can also be specified in context of a group (property wfpgroup) or an organizational unit type (property wfporgunittype).

Explanation:
In this field a responsible Position can be selected.

Defines the user the process instance element is assigned to.

Explanation:
This field contains the name of the responsible user.
