Navigation

Find the navigation menu by pressing on the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner. In the navigation menu, you can see the following options:

• User
  Displays your profile image, your username, your current role, and your current tenant.
• Home
  Click this entry to navigate back to the Fabasoft Folio or Fabasoft eGov-Suite home.
• Synchronization
  Displays all synchronized data that you can access in offline mode.
• Worklist
  Displays all activities that are to be completed, listed for individual users in the form of a “To Do” list.
• Favorites
  Displays objects that you need repeatedly.
• Search
  Displays the search portal.
• Data Transfers
  Displays the current progress of uploads, downloads, and synchronized data.
• Settings
  For more information, see chapter “Settings”.
• Logout

User

In the top of the navigation menu your user information is displayed. Here you see your profile image, your username, your role, your tenant, and/or the name of your service. By tapping on the user information, a popup will be displayed. The popup is divided into 3 to 4 sections.

Roles

In this section all roles of the current user are displayed. If you don’t have roles this section is not displayed.

To switch to a role, proceed as follows:

1. Open the navigation menu.
2. Tap the user information in the top of the navigation menu.
3. Select the role you want to change to.

Tenants

In this section all available tenants for the current role are displayed. If the tenant is fix assigned to the role you will find the name of the tenant next to the role description and in the user information in the navigation menu. If no tenant is available this section is not displayed

To switch to a tenant, proceed as follows:

1. Open the navigation menu.
2. Tap the user information in the top of the navigation menu.
3. Select the tenant you want to change to.

Accounts

In this section all added accounts of the current service are displayed.

If you want to switch to an account, proceed as follows:

1. Open the navigation menu.
2. Tap the user information in the top of the navigation menu.
3. Select the account you want to change to.

To add a new account, proceed as follows:

1. Open the navigation menu.
2. Tap the user information in the top of the navigation menu.
3. Tap “Add Account”.
4. Login with the account you want to add.

Services

In this section all added services are displayed.

If you want to switch to a service proceed as follows:

1. Open the navigation menu.
2. Tap the user information in the top of the navigation menu.
3. Select the service you want to change to.

To add a new service, proceed as follows:

1. Open the navigation menu.
2. Tap the user information in the top of the navigation menu.
3. Tap “Add Service”.
4. Add the Fabasoft service by entering a display name and the fully qualified hostname.
