You can send a support request or feedback to a support team if you experience difficulties using the app. To trigger a support request, proceed as follows:

  1. Shake your device or take a screenshot (iOS only).
  2. Provide a description of your problem.
  3. Decide whether to include a screenshot.
    Note: It is recommended to send a screenshot along with your support request. However, by default, the screenshot is not included. Manually include your desired screenshot(s) by activating the corresponding option in the feedback dialog. You can also mark, black out or crop parts of the image. This will help the support team to better help you with your problem.
  4. Select a support team for your support request.
    Note: Requires Fabasoft Folio 2026 or later
  5. Decide whether to include log files.
    Note: It is recommended to send log files along with your support request. However, by default, log files are not included.
  6. Tap “Send”.

Note: You can only send support requests if Fabasoft app.telemetry is configured correctly in your environment.
