The following web browser settings can be carried out in Mozilla Firefox.

Pop-up Windows

Pop-up windows should be allowed, to avoid problems when opening new windows from the Fabasoft Folio Web Client (e.g. “Explore”).

To allow pop-up windows, perform the following steps:

1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
2. On the “Tools” menu click “Options”.
3. On the “Content” tab disable Block pop-up windows or click “Exceptions” and create an entry for the address of the Fabasoft Folio Web Client.
   

Note: If you want to open more than 20 pop-ups type about:config in the address bar, search for the entry dom.popup_maximum and define the desired value.

Close Windows

To allow scripts to close web browser windows (necessary for some use cases), type about:config in the address bar, search for the entry dom.allow_scripts_to_close_windows and set the value true.
